We collect personal data in the following circumstances:

a) Contact Form

When you complete our contact form, we collect:

  • Full name (required)
  • Email address (required)
  • Phone number (optional)
  • Company name (optional)
  • Subject and message (required)

b) Browsing Data

Our website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-focused traffic analysis solution. It does not use tracking cookies and does not collect personally identifiable data — only aggregated, anonymous metrics about site visits.

3. Purposes and Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data for the following purposes:

  • Responding to contact requests and quotes: we process the data you provide through the contact form on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you submit the form.
  • Website improvement: we use anonymous analytics data on the basis of our legitimate interest in improving the user experience (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Data Retention

  • Contact form data: retained for 3 years from the date of your last contact, unless you request deletion before that period.
  • Analytics data: anonymised and does not allow identification of any individual.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. We may share your data with:

  • Web3Forms: a form processing service used solely to deliver your message to our inbox. They act as a sub-processor and do not retain your data after delivery.
  • Cloudflare, Inc.: our hosting, CDN and anonymous analytics provider. They process data in accordance with their own GDPR-compliant terms.

6. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access — obtain confirmation of whether we process your data and receive a copy.
  • Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
  • Restriction — restrict processing of your data in certain circumstances.
  • Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests.
  • Withdrawal of consent — withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
