Our Scaffolding Products
From urban rehabilitation to large-scale industrial sites, Inter Andaimes provides complete solutions — all systems certified to European standards, with professional assembly and nationwide delivery included.
Facade Scaffolding
Facade scaffolding is the most widely used system in rehabilitation and new-build projects across Portugal. Our systems, certified to EN 12810, are designed for working loads up to 4.5 kN/m² (load class 5), supporting multiple workers and materials simultaneously. The modular hot-dip galvanised steel frame withstands coastal salt exposure without corrosion, while anti-slip deck boards maintain grip in wet conditions — the two scenarios where facade accidents most often occur.

Multidirectional Scaffolding
The defining feature of multidirectional scaffolding is the rosette node, which accepts ledger connections in 8 directions at 500 mm vertical intervals. This breaks the constraint of orthogonal geometry — allowing engineers to build circles, ramps, cantilevers and radial platforms using the same base components. In the petrochemical, energy and shipbuilding industries, where access requirements rarely conform to a simple rectangle, this is the European reference system. Vertical leg capacities of up to 60 kN allow it to support plant and equipment that tube-and-fitting systems simply cannot.
Specifications
- Standard: EN 12811-1
- Rosette: 8 directions / 500mm
- Load/leg: up to 60 kN
- Bay lengths: 1.5m to 3.0m
- Slope: up to 5% without levelling
- Galvanised S355 J2H steel
Applications
- Refineries and petrochemicals
- Power stations
- Bridges and viaducts
- Silos and cylindrical tanks
- Shipyards
- Large-scale industrial sites
Advantages
- Free geometry — no orthogonal limits
- Heavy industrial load ratings
- Tool-free assembly on site
- Integrated stairways and platforms
- Stock for large projects
Access Towers
Modular aluminium access towers combine genuine lightness — components weigh 3 to 12 kg — with the structural integrity to support a working platform at height. A single operative can erect two working levels in under 20 minutes without any tools. Hatch-platform access, full perimeter guardrails and double-locking castor wheels are standard on all towers, in compliance with EN 1004. Because there are no permanent fixings, they require no erection permit — making them the fastest, most economical solution for short-duration height work.
Specifications
- Standard: EN 1004 + EN 12811
- Material: 6082-T6 aluminium
- Base: 0.75×2.5m / 1.35×2.5m
- Max working height: 12m (ext.)
- Platform SWL: 150 kg/m²
- Double-locking castors standard
Applications
- Facade and glazing maintenance
- HVAC and electrical installation
- Interior painting and finishing
- Window cleaning contracts
- Structural inspection
- Signage installation
Advantages
- No erection permit required
- Single-operative erection in 20 min
- Can be moved under load
- Day, week or month rental
- Delivery and collection included
Shoring & Falsework
Shoring bears the full dead weight of fresh concrete until it achieves sufficient compressive strength — typically 28 days for ordinary Portland cement mixes. Our telescopic steel props, adjustable from 1.6 m to 5.5 m, carry individual loads of 20 to 50 kN, comfortably supporting 400 mm RC slabs. For more demanding pours, our heavy-duty shoring frames and primary/secondary beam systems distribute loads across multiple props and, where required, re-shore to the floors below. All shoring designs are verified by a structural engineer to EN 12812.
Specifications
- Standard: EN 12812
- Height: 1.6m – 5.5m (telescopic)
- SWL/prop: 20 – 50 kN
- Frames: span up to 3.6m
- Fine adjustment: ±5mm precision
- Adjustable base for sloped ground
Applications
- Slab and beam concrete pours
- Existing floor strengthening
- Temporary support during demolition
- Bridge and viaduct centering
- Excavation protection
- Underground and tunnel works
Advantages
- EN 12812 structural check included
- Compatible with LVL and steel beams
- Progressive floor-by-floor re-shoring
- Adjustable base for sloped sites
- Free engineering design service
Event Structures
A festival main stage, a corporate keynote set or a municipal awards ceremony — each places different demands on temporary structure engineering. Our high-strength aluminium systems, designed to EN 13814 and EN 12811, are delivered site-ready with numbered components, an engineer-stamped assembly scheme and a signed safety method statement. Stages from 6×6 m to 16×12 m, roof trusses spanning 20 m clear, rigging points from 500 to 2,000 kg, and grandstands accommodating 200 to 5,000 spectators — all from a single supplier.
